This guy is very unprofessional, when he calls, he doesn't state the company he is with. My husband and I had him come out to repair our air conditioning unit which wasn't cooling down. He never opened up the unit inside nor did he bring his tools inside the house. He added Freon supposedly and left. The unit is still not working. When he was called out again, he argued with my husband stating he knows nothing about the unit. He states the coils needed to be replaced. Little does he know, that unit was replaced last year. But, he wouldn't know because he never saw the interior of the unit. He told me he would be at my house after I was home, yet denied that I ever had that conversation with him, he told my husband "you don't tell me what to do"... Then he hung up on my husband. DO NOT use this guy. He's takes the crown for being the biggest dueschbag. He'll rip you off. Find someone else and always read reviews.
