Aspen peak construction was hired as a sub contractor on my home to install a roof. They did not follow the manufacturer instructions for installing my ridge vent and when confronted about I said it was over vented anyways witch it is not and has less venting than befor they started. I was told my old roof failed dew to lack of ventilation. They installed the new decking on top of rotten and missing skipdecking. Did not pull permits or have it inspected for the job and refused to show proof of their fatory training for the roofing system that they installed on my home after the owner told me he followed the fatory instructions to install it but when i contacted the fatory they said it was installed wrong and sent me the pdf files with the correct way it should be installed. They also uncovering my wife's gardens that she coverd to protect them, pop my sons pool, and put a 8 to 12 in hole in my sideing and tried to fill it with silicone.
