My experience with Dave McGarry of Aspen Solutions has been an absolute nightmare. Dave McGarry overcharged me for the projects that I hired him to do. He was paid $1,850 to install river rock on a wall in my dining room. He took the money and did not finish the wall. Dave informed me that my subfloors in the living room and dining room need replaced. A building inspector from the city of Pittsburgh informed me that the floors are solid and do NOT need replaced. The final red flag was that Dave asked me to cash the checks that I gave him rather than deposit the funds into his own account. He wanted me to do this to save him charging me taxes. Please do NOT trust Dave McGarry.

I Don't believe a word this Christine L has to say about Dave and his crew or work. He built two bathrooms and a Kitchen for us. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of remodeling and construction. Being an engineer and getting other quotes, his bid was in the middle. Work was timely and cleaned up every day. Get as many quotes as you want...you get what you pay for and they were worth every dime we paid. His work was spectacular!
