Horrible. I am president of our condo association. They did not adequately prepare surfaces and wouldn't stand behind work. We contacted them within 3 months of job being done due to really bad peeling curbs. They said they would return in spring to fix. We started leaving messages in March...no return call and voice mail was full. Finally returned email, came out and said it had been over a year and they wouldn't fix. When we showed them the contract that was less than year, they said it needed to be pressure washed and wanted to charge us another $300. They had said it didn't need it when they bid. Move on...find someone else, even if they are low bid or you will be sorry.
