Terrible experience and ongoing nightmare!
Contracted with ATAP for renovations to home damaged from electrical fire. ATAP removed a load bearing wall on the first floor and installed a dormer where the roof was damaged on the third floor. The owner, Gregory Williams, was giving me the run around with completion after being paid in full for the job so as the homeowner, I called and arranged my own inspection with the city inspector Scott. My home did not pass the framing inspection as it was not done according to the structural engineer's stamped and approved plans. This has resulted in a bigger safety issue as now my home is structurally compromised.
Dormer was installed and it did not include any pitch/slope resulting in roof leaks. ATAP was paid in full for this job on 7/27/21 and at the time of the inspection on 10/1/21, repairs still was not completed. No accountability taken for the faulty work.
