I called Atlantis Pools to try to meet with them on a Saturday, my husband got sick so I unfortunately had to cancel; I tried to reschedule and the person who answered the phone (AMY) just said John was around the area and would take a look at our property. Amy didn't schedule an appointment as John was going away the following weekend; that's fine, but I got no feedback about him being at the property. Days go by without a phone call so I call Amy again, and she tells me she would have to get back to me to reschedule. Four days go by and I finally get a phone call and at this point I say to Amy, you can forget about it. I have called someone else. If customers are not a priority to you then I do not want you building our pool. Amy, you should have a better plan for scheduling John to meet his customers without having to check with him first.
