Leah Veloce, new owner of Atlas Pools took my deposit of $14,900 right before the holidays. First of the year she advised Atlas Pools is no longer building pools. She said she found another pool company to build my pool but I needed to pay more money! Never got my deposit back. She’s a crook.

They build our pool and spa in 2012. Since then they have to come multiple times due to crack in the walls and leakage of pool and spa water. The only thing they did was patching the wall and cracks. The last leakage started 4 months ago and in the process of fixing it the company disappeared from the surface of earth. Email id down. Phone disconnected and the place of work evacuated. Our pool is under lifetime warranty and we have not received any response from Atlas Pools and Spa. I found out they moved to a new space in Johnson Ferry road and went to that office. There is no sign on the entrance door. Even though in the office there are pictures of pools every where but they deny to be a pool company. They ignored me and did not answered my questions and kicked me out of their office.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool. The company has been in business for over 40 years however there is new ownership. The new owner has no experience running a pool company. They do not return phone calls or email.

I thought that I had found the dream team of pool building. They were fantastic until the final weeks of my project when they stopped answering my calls, didn't finish the inspection, and as it turns out, didn't pay the subcontractors that they hired. I now have a beautiful pool but I'm getting leins filled against my house. I paid Atlas the entire cost of my pool but apparently that money did not make it into the hands of the people that did the work.
