Terrible architect. Takes forever to respond and deliver. City had comments and he said he would have them ready within a week, two weeks later I ask him for them and kindly asked ing he could try to stick to his time commitments and he got very emotional over that and said now he’s never sending them and has ghosted me since.
Don’t use this guy if you want an architect who actually cares about projects.
