  Replace heat pump

  EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN!!!

  This company consistsntly gives great service im seeing and thought it should be shared.
  I posted in the summer about the service i recieved on my heat pump when it decided to die on me.
  I called Atticus Mechsnical and got the best service so now when i decided to replace my old heat pump i called them again and believe me they did not disappoint!
  This is a big purchase, they did a great job at giving me a quote.
  NO pushy sales . They answered all my questions, lots of questions, and were very respectful, stayed in what i could afford.
  At installation day, they were on time, very respectful of my house and my cats. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very careful in getting the equipment into the attic which is tricky since builders dont really think about air handlers being replaced when they create the attic access. The techs were careful when taking the access moulding down and replaced it when finished.
  They were also very respectful of my neighbors and not block them in any way.
  This is a company to keep on your list for go to when A/C or heat pump issues arise.

  Repair

  There are a lot of choices for HVAC service in Phoenix area and Atticus Mechanical does what they can to earn your business and trust. Good company, I recommend. My property management HVAC company tried to say units needed repair and Atticus could have taken advantage, but they did not.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
  I know others have children, pets, elderly family , or unwell people you care for and when your A/C or Heat pump gives out in the summer especially during an extreme heat period which is what happened to me recently. its VERY worrisome
  So i dont normally post about companies but this one i had to.
  I would and do recommend this company to people who ask if i know a good a HVAC company..
  Recently my heat pump failed during one of the extreme heat periods . Even though It was in the evening of course when it failed a tech was able to come out very shortly to look at it. He provided excellent service, very professional snd courteous. and was able to repair enough to use for the night and he was able to return next morning to complete the repair after getting a part he wasnt able to get the previous night. . The tech was very understanding and did not mind my million questions about how and what happened that made it fail and was also able to tell me about a good system to replace my current one due to it being about 20 years old.
  I just wanted to put this out there in case because i know when something happens the last thing you want to do is search for a company and then wonder if they are trustworthy.
