Raul Pineda
Art at the Main gallery hired Ault to install a new Bamboo Floor. We went over the width of the transition strip that would be needed between the new floor and the stone entry.
Raul Pineda agreed. At review of the installed floor there was NO transition strip. We told Raul it had to be installed. He installed a much narrower and higher strip which has turned into a trip hazard and was installed without a proper support so it cracked. We have tried and tried to contact him, but he does not return calls or acts like he does not understand the issue. He made two appointments to meet with us and never showed up.
