  A five hour delivery window with no updates or apparent ability to give you a more specific timeframe is both unprofessional and disrespectful. Repair person then gets on the phone with someone to try diagnosing the issue (for a dishwasher), which makes the whole experience unnecessary when they can’t figure out what the issue is. The technician seemed to have no idea how to approach the entire problem, despite it being described to obtain their services and it being their second visit. Meanwhile, Bosch keeps sending them out instead of fixing or replacing a dishwasher that repeatedly won’t drain.

  Yehor did an excellent job servicing three of our appliances. The biggest challenge was our Whirlpool washer, which had a worn and moldy door seal and was leaking. Replacing the seal is a difficult repair, but Yehor handled it on his own with great skill and persistence. The washer is now working perfectly without any leaks. The total repair took around an hour, much faster than the 3 to 4 hours quoted to us by another service provider.

  For the dishwasher, he performed a thorough inspection, confirmed the gasket was still in good shape, and shared useful maintenance tips so we could keep it running smoothly. He also replaced the exhaust fan filters (provided free of charge, not part of the warranty) and ensured the system was operating properly afterward.

  Yehor was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in explaining what required a repair versus simple maintenance. His work gives us confidence in the appliances and peace of mind. Highly recommend Yehor and Aurora WA Services.

  I am filing a formal complaint against **American Home Shield (AHS) and Aurora WA Services** due to **negligence, improper repairs, and resulting property damage**. Despite multiple service visits, the issue remains unresolved, and my property has suffered significant damage.

  ### **Issue Summary:**
  My tenants reported a dishwasher issue, and **Aurora WA Services** made **over 7 visits in 3 months** attempting repairs. Instead of fixing it, the technician **forcefully pushed the dishwasher**, despite a screw in the cabinet, causing a **hole in the drain**, which led to:
  - **Water leakage**, damaging cabinets and causing **mold growth**.
  - **Water seeping into the floor** due to a gap behind the dishwasher.
  - **Dishwasher now beyond repair**, with a **crooked door, broken latch, faulty sill, and damaged drain line**.

  ### **Failure of AHS & Aurora WA Services:**
  1. **Negligence & Property Damage** – The technician’s mishandling caused extensive damage, yet AHS has not resolved it.
  2. **Delays & Incompetence** – **7+ visits in 3 months**, yet the dishwasher is now worse than before.
  3. **Refusal to Take Responsibility** – AHS has failed to acknowledge the damage caused by its assigned vendor.

  I demand:
  - **Full replacement of the dishwasher.**
  - **Compensation for cabinet and floor repairs.**
