He insisted on 30% down payment to start. He has subcontractors but has no workers Comp insurance. The work has taken 3x longer than expected & still not done. Probably because he didn’t show up for a month. He has over 50% payment and is arguing for cash payments and does not want a check or credit card. Keep searching when you look for a contractor. You’ll only be frustrated and broke because your kitchen will take forever to finish.

If I could give him zero stars I would! His work was terrible and he disappeared for months at that time! I am now in the process of having everything he did (master bath remodel) ripped out and done the right way by a REAL Professions! He took a huge down payment form my son up front or else I would have fired him before the project was 1/4 of the way done! He even brought someone else's contraction debris to our home and left it for months!
