This contractor is terrible, and the worse I have ever encountered. He left an unsafe electrical condition in my house, and refused to return to correct it when I notificed him of the problem. This contractor also does false advertising - he says he does his quotes up-front on the internet with no hidden costs, but in reality he does the exact opposite. He does no up-front quote, and then charges for gas to drive to your residence, and charges for individual nuts, bolts, and screws used. No other contractor does this unless he writes it out in a proposal up-front - these are hidden charges. Then this contractor harrasses the customer with an excessive amount of invoices over the internet - one every week when they didn't even ask permission to bill this way. Also, this contractor, harrasses the custormer with certified letters from the postman who rings you doorbell 1 month after the service was completed. I am elderly - 64 years old, widowed, filed bankrupcy in 2010, am disabled on SS, living on a fixed income, and cannot afford to pay more than a certain amount for repairs. All this is a matter of record. I cannot, and would not have agreed to trumped up, hidden charges. AES,inc. preyed on me by contacting me and calling me first because he heard I needed an electrical service done. This contractor thinks that because I live in a nice neighborhood that I have money and he can just come in and try and run a scam on the elderly. Well, it's not going to work! I already reportded him to Tallahassee to the Regulation Board, but I am going to resubmit. I just didn't present the information correctly about the scam he's trying to pull, and the unsafe condition he left me in. I have paid this contractor his fair share of the one hour of unquoted work and advertised cost of materials. - a total of $140.00. I am done with payments.I am not done with my complaints though. No other disabled, elderly person in the state of Florida needs to go through what I have gone through.
