Tony, Joe, and John tore down my old and installed my new pool today. The were neat, efficient and answered any questions we had. Fabulous job. Thank you.

1. Forget contacting ANYONE!! They don’t answer their phones, their voicemail is full, absolutely no follow-ups.
2 when they DO respond it’s usually after 8-9pm at night after you send enough texts that they finally are forced to respond.
3. They say they’ll fit you in, come back, reschedule. Don’t hold your breath. And when they do show up, they do it unannounced and sneak into your yard forcing your gates (thus allowing your dogs out). And tell the office manager they texted you to keep you up to date (LIES).
4. Their owner calls you and asked you what the problem is. Not how he can help, not “let’s make it right”, not I’ll reimburse you, or take some money off. Just offers excuses. Then refuses to take calls now that you have his number.
This company is the worst, and it’s business practices are deplorable!!!! It took well over a month for a 2 hour job, literally. Showed up here, finally, at 3:40 and we’re done by 5:30. You’re telling me they couldn’t fit that in SOMEWHERE?!?!?! I certainly hope Valley Pools drops them as a contractor, because it’s tarnishing their reputation as well. If they’re coming to install anything, at least the 4 installers that showed up were nice. The other 2 were incompetent idiots. (The 4 even spoke poorly of them)Valley Pools, do something about them!!!

This is by far one of the worst companies to deal with. First, let’s start with the people they send out. They are not in the least competent or knowledgeable enough to do this job. Second, let’s go with the fact that they never answer their phones.
Next, let’s start with the actual installation. They bent the steel frame. Had me order extra sand. 5.5 tons. And then they tell me that’s not enough. After that they level the pool with 1 foot of sand one one side and none on the other. What? I don’t install pools but even I knew that wasn’t right. Then after 5 hours of shoveling around sand. I have nothing but a huge sandbox and then they leave. So we have 5.5 tons of sand and a bent steel frame. He told me they’d get another frame for me and then they left with nothing done......
Awful right? Well, it gets better.... after they leave they then send out another guy who just wants to take pictures to prove the first guy actually bent the frame. So another day goes by and they agree to compensate and credit us and send out another crew. Well they come and finally install the pool but leave a mess that took me hours to clean up and let’s not talk about the food wrappers, pop bottles, etc. nasty.... then to get our credit it took them 4 days of me calling and then finally threatening to go down and collect my check in the office. So, in the end avoid them at all costs and save yourself some grief and go with someone else. -

not very good.. had them install a pool liner,, after they finished we could see wrinkles in the liner. once the water level reached the skimmer it leaked at the seal. i would not recommend this company

Worst company EVER!!!! Owner Martin is aggressive and rude. You can’t contact anyone ever to resolve anytime. Unfortunately valley pool and spa won’t take accountability for THEIR contractor and drop them or make it right for their customers. If you want a pool expect it to take 6+months and they will use covid that happened 2 years ago as a excuse.
