Horrible. For years my husband has had them service our AC because they were the ones to install it when the house was constructed (apparently). The service man we used last year was sketchy. Wherever they come to work on our failing AC it takes them the whole day, they have to call out assistance, they end up needing a new part because they “found something wrong”- just excuse after excuse after excuse. We are in a newer home and should never have the issues we have and I blame them.
