lousy cheap supplies, fast work cutting corners. Quality is not here. Get a better bid from a better Company. I know as he put our wood work on upside down and had to redo it and then it rotted on our half acre in Kottinger Ranch Pleasanton.

I hired this company back in 2008 to build a deck at the back of the property. We told them that we would like some deep piers underneath it, in order to prevent any erosion in the future. Three months after it was constructed I noticed a gap between the deck and the beginning of the concrete in our back yard. I called Brian and asked him to come and inspect it. He declined to come saying that he was busy and would get back to me. The last call I had with him he told me that he would contact me after his vacation and would not be pinned down to a date - his tone was less than pleasant. He never called me back. Skip to 2017 and the deck is now slipping. I looked at the initial contract and noticed that the "deep" piers were noted as 12" not 12' as I expected. Although of course the onus was on us to make sure that the contract was written correctly, I assumed that this was a typo as I could not envisage that 12" piers could be construed as deep piers. I of course e-mailed the company and as expected got no response. BTW I called a reputable engineering company, to fix this problem will cost $38,0000. The initial job was $34,700.

Worst contractor I ever hired- he didn't supervise his subs as he doesn't live in California and commutes so is not checking in on the project on a regular basis. Work was far below what was promised, he lies is extremely conformational and caused considerable delays. We had to let him go and finish the project on our own as well as re-do many aspects of the job.
