Bernie did a great job on our patio and stoop. He said it would be 3 weeks before he started. Three weeks to the date he called. Next day he was out starting job. Three days later it was done. It looks awesome. His communication was wonderful. Price was very competitive. I would highly recommend him.

I hired Bernie to install a large exposed aggregate patio in my back yard. His price was fair and competitive with other bids. However, after the job was started Bernie started asking for more money for things that should have been included in his price. I had to repeatedly tell him I was not giving him more money for what we already agreed to. On the first day of work he even asked me to give him a tip if I felt he did a good job.
As you can see from the photos the end result of the patio is less then desired or what we agreed to. The sealant is uneven and makes the patio look awful. I contacted Bernie via text with pictures and never heard from him. I called him. No answer. When we called from another phone number he answered. We explained our concerns and he said that he thinks the sealant soaked up in some areas more then others. He said that he would not return to reseal the patio unless we were willing to pay him to do it again. The agreement when I hired Bernie was that the patio would be sealed. It is not sealed properly. He agreed that it is not done but is not willing to complete the job unless i pay him more Money. I would not recommend this company.
