Bill will tell you he's an expert and can do any projects big or small. After hiring him to do a sink and water heater I made a mistake of hiring him again. When Bill makes a mistake he doesn't acknowledge the error and blames on something else and doesn't think he's at fault. Despite this I hired him to do what he said is a simple project - which he totally screwed up and basically demanded more money for materials. When I object he left. Bottom line - beware. He expects you to pay for his mistakes and ask for more and more money. Like reviews from another client. He treats you like an ATM machine.
