    The owner BT is not nice to customer , he going installed a new hot water tank then but this water tank water did not work then he was attempted to walk away then asked the house owner to call the hot water tank company to come in to fix it. But finally he was able to return the defected hot water back to Home Depot but he has some issued of hiding some discount money .
    Anyway he treated the house owner very bad , I recommended to stay away from this BA TUOC PLUMBING Co.

    I had a burst water main in my front yard. Tuoc immediately came to the house, set up a temporary bypass line and two days later replaced the broken plastic with a 55ft copper water line. In short: prompt service and excellent work.

    I have used BT Plumbing twice. Both times Tuoc was prompt, fast, and reasonably priced. He also cleans up after the job is done. I highly recommend this company. His English is a little challenging, but if you are patient, you can easily understand him.
    Fixed: leaking water lines.
    Replaced: Broken drain pipe.
    Service: snaked 50 feet of sewer line.
    Recommended by Steve in Evergreen.

    My parents hired them to come fix the plumbing for our water system. They basically gave us a diagnosis of our problem, told us what to buy, how to “fix” it and charged $200-$250. Lol. If you’re a plumber, aren’t you supposed to come equipped with material? And if you don’t have it, shouldn’t you go and get it and fix it since it’s your job?? Why did we pay $200 for you to tell us how to fix a problem.
