-Aaron Critchfield did the stucco on a 5,200 square foot house in the upper Avenues that I purchased. The house was an eye-sore before. Now it is one of the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Aaron is a master at what he does.

They're a subcontractor we worked with whom we consider to be an exceptional business. Their business was installing all of the siding materials on the outside of our house. For example, they did all the stonework, fiber cement siding (i.e. hardie board slats), soffit, fascia, and rain gutters for our new house. We were very pleased with their work and attention to our requests. They work together as a great team, and they have been very accomodating to our requests. For example, the cultured stone that was delivered to our house--after we had picked a certain color scheme out--had too much yellow in it. When we talked to Aaron about it, he offered to remove many of the yellow rocks and replace them with a darker color. He did not even charge us extra to do this, and we were very happy with the resulting color scheme that he was able to create. Since the siding of a house is extremely important to the looks of a new house, we felt that what Aaron and his father did for us deserves the highest rating we could give a subcontractor, and would recommend them to anyone in the Salt Lake Valley who is building a new house.
