This is a horrible company that takes advantage of clients. We hired Ron and his team to build a TREX deck for our home. He wrote the contract and took the payment in March and two weeks went by with no communication. After several attempts to reach him, he assured us he would begin the work on the following week due to weather. Two weeks came and went with no communication again and several attempts to reach him. Finally, after a late night call was answered out of frustration he stated the team would be there on Monday. Of course they were a no show and he later. offered a refund. We gave him two weeks AGAIN to refund the deposit of $5600 and we are in June and no refund has been received nor any communication. We have since reported a fraudulent case to our financial institution.

This company has no integrity. Ron took my deposit of $5400 and did not show up for work the day that we agreed on in the contract. After making multiple calls for about 4 weeks to find out when they would start working, which the start date kept getting pushed back and he even told me not to call him anymore eventhough he had my deposit. About a month later they started working and showed up whenever they felt like it.
My deck still doesn't feel stable. The rails shake everytime i touch them and Ron cannot tell me why. The floor also doesn't feel stable. The flooring that we agreed on at his office is not what he put down with my deck. The poles that are holding up the deck are all splitting in the middle. I brought all this to Ron's attention and he has not responded or even came to look at the splitting wood and find out why the rails still shake. I wish i would have read the reviews before using backyard structures.
