  Jimmy Davidson, owner of Bandido Solutions LLC - HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! License# BANDISL829L6. I've worked with two other contractors before and not experienced anything like this. What he says he will do for a price and what he actually does, especially quality, are not in alignment at all!

  LET'S TALK PERMITS....He told me he would get all the necessary permits, more than once, during our 6 design sessions. He took several major components out of the inside of my house WITHOUT A PERMIT! I did not know he did not get a permit in advance of the work. Also, I asked him several times if the items slated for removal were load bearing and he said no and did some song and dance regarding trusses and rafters. Of course, my CEILING CAVED IN and my 3 week project turned into over a four month project. I'm not even going into detail about the other catastrophe he created. He won't take accountability for anything that went wrong, there is always somebody else to blame. I'm still working on getting the final touches put in place by another person who's also had to rework some of Bandido Solution's work product. $$$$
  
  LET'S TALK MONEY.....He uses the 'invoice' process (time and materials). Thank goodness I kept a log of every worker that walked into my house, the date and time, what they worked on, and how long they worked. I logged all dump truck fills too. I was here everyday working from home. I was able to show him where he was charging me twice in the invoice for the same work but he refused to look at the facts. When we finally hit our wits end and wanted to pay him off and be done he still would not remove the duplicate charges but rather added a line item in the invoice that a discount was given. There was no discount given - he wreaked havoc at my house and double charged me thousands of dollars.

  Watch out for items like doors, windows, etc that are auction purchases and have scuffs and scars, other defects.

  He consistently talked negatively about other customers, vendors, and sub-contractors then he would take the sub-contractors outside and talk about me. Constantly playing games when it wasn't even necessary, like he was trying to create chaos.

  Before I ever made contact with this guy I looked on the Internet for reviews and checked his license, they were mostly all good, but from 2019 (different crew then). My motive with this review is to provide a little more detail and context about my experience with this contractor and his work product so the next person doing contractor research actually has recent and factual data. Worst experience of my life.
