I had a absolutely wonderful service and quality when Barefoot Bay Contractors did work at my home. The prior two reviews could not be farther off.

This guy is a thief! He had the subcontractor do work and he never pulled permits or engineered drawings for the work never paid the engineer or the subcontractor and was charged for drawings and labor he never performed. Horrible contractor. He has no idea what he is doing. Wonder how we ever got a license in the first place

This Contractor is a thief.i gave him a deposit of 6000 for a deck.the permit took a long time and held up the project. When it came down to build he said my deposit was all gone.he tried to justify keeping my deposit for leg work getting my permit. Needless to say a permit should not cost 6000 dollars. Would never recommend this builder to anyone. Then he told me the the price of the project went from 15000 to 32000 2 days into the build. His famous line is don't worry i got you. Never hire this company.

We are very pleased with the work Bob Ferrara of Barefootbay Builders Inc has completed in our 1970’s house. Bob works to a high professional standard and as a result, we now have a light, modern and airy 600 square feet of living space for Grandma. The work included removal and building of walls. Removal of two windows and door installation as well as a complete bathroom installation. We had new floors put in and ceilings reworked and everything painted – a complete rehabilitation of the ground level floor which was done smoothly and to Bob’s usual high standard.
I should also say that we have used Bob’s company a few months ago to do another renovation which was also completed to a high standard resulting in our confidence in rehiring him for more work.
Bob has a kind and professional manner and is a comfortable person to have work in your home. He communicates well with his clients allowing both parties to have clear understanding and expectations for each project he undertakes.
We highly recommend Barefoot Bay Builders Inc. and Bob is already commissioned for further improvements to our home. We look forward to working with him again soon.
