No foreman was onsite for the the majority of a month long job. Only workers in need of supervision were present and often confused about what to do. Several of the work orders had to be fixed due to rookie errors. The owner Lance Barnes disappeared, and was inaccessible for long stretches. They did not finish certain contracted items on the work order, claiming that we would not be charged for them. Later when we asking for payment, Lance threatened to do "demo" in the house the work he did unless we paid for the items in question. A worst case choice for contractor.
