Vince Barrilli was hired to remodel our bathroom. Some how he damaged our new vanity top (scratch and swirl marks and a chip). Mr. Barrilli blamed the manufacturer, saying it was shipped that way. (Why would you install a damaged product???) The manufacturer sent someone out to inspect the damage. The rep concluded the top would never be sent out in that condition and damage was caused by the installers. A refinisher was hired to repair the damages (cost of $200) and Vince Barrilli said he would reimburse the $200.00. I submitted the bill, but never received payment. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and received an e-mail from Mr. Barrilli saying the check for $200 would be forthcoming to me. NO CHECK . He never responded to the 3 letters sent from the Better Business Bureau to them.
