They would only back the workmanship of their roofer for one year. My roof leaked because the vent covers were cracked during installation. I did not notice the leak for the first year because we had little rain last year. This year with more rain the water leaked in, soaked through the insulation and stained the drywall. When I contacted them, I was told about the one year guarantee on the roof. I am sure that there will be more issues in the future due to the workers that they hire. Think twice before you deal with these people.
