As a local licensed roofing contractor here in Tampa FL I would HIGHLY recommend NOT to contact this business. We contacted Terry Rodriguez back in July for a simple concrete repair at one of our homeowners houses. Received his credentials which we thought were reliable. He was in great communication with us for a few weeks especially until he got the down payment for this job. Once the down payment was made he gave me the run around about why the job hasn't been completed. A month goes by I still try to get status on the job with no response we then cancel the job because it was taking too long. No response here we are 2 months later job hasn't been completed and we are out our down payment. This is a terrible way to do business!!!
