Do not buy from these people. I bought a new spec home from them in Meridian. It cost me over $10k to fix the drainage issues. My contractor advised me that it would be cheaper to pay for the repairs than to sue the bastards. They will build you a cheapest available hovel with inferior methods and ignore their warrantee obligations.
