Bear Sunrooms was to remove and replace a room that was open to the kitchen. Upon completion we had a final inspection and it failed energy code. Now we must tear it down to get anything close to what we wanted. We had to take Bear to arbitration and won 1000s but because of the poorly written contract that did not state the type of sunroom we are still in the hole 1000s of dollars. Never pay before completion. This was my first time and last time. No more than a third then you hold the cards. I gave those away and lost big
