    Deck with carport under.
    $7,000

    Joel is an exceptional builder who tackles each project as if were his own.
    The fact that he is a graduate engineer is obvious in his eye for detail . Joel is satisfied with nothing less than perfection and I could not be happier with our new deck/carport. It's MOAB proof.
    My absolute highest recommendation!

    We highly recommend this builder.

    We have a weekend cabin that is log. All outside log surfaces and wood structures such as stairs and decking needed to be completely cleaned/sanded and stained. Bear creek did an excellent job with attention to detail beyond what I expected. This job was done with minimal input or observation by us due to the weekend visits only. Even when we were there and they were working, the work was done efficiently and as quietly as possible.

    Can you love your contractor? Damn close! As an absentee homeowner, competence and trust are essential attributes in qualifying a residential contractor. Joel Dees has proven up in these respects and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and as a retired judge and former contractor myself, my expectations are high and often tough to meet. While still a young man, Joel brings to the table an engineering degree coupled with generations of heritage and experience in construction - complemented by a strong, hard work ethic. I highly recommend him for any construction or remodel project.

    After experiencing Joel Dees as an authentic log home builder he comes with an A+ rating. Attention to details from start to finish Joel has passion with his log homes and truly cares about taking care of the homeowner. If I ever built another log home without question Bear Creek Log Homes would be the builder!

    Excellent work on remodel work we were doing. Good attention to detail. Was cooperative about choice of materials, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and was willing to make reasonable changes to our initial plans.
