    He did 2 jobs at my home. He charged very high prices, left a lot of garbage on site, and did not do some of the things I had asked. After paying him the price he had quoted, ON BOTH JOBS, he came back to my home days or weeks later, saying I had not paid him enough. The second time he did it, I gave him the extra $1200 he demanded just to get rid of him. Asking for more money beyond the agreed-upon estimate seems to be his usual trick.

    Alex was never on the jobsite ,kept making promises that he never kept.
    The workmaanship was shoddy and he came up with all sort of extra charges
    it wasn't like the work on a friends house he worked on in the past
