They were great to work with. We had them remodel our master bathroom. They did a very good job of keeping us in the loop with what work was planned, why it was being done (if not obvious), working through change orders with us, etc. I'd happily recommend Bear Creek Design to a friend, and have done so in the past.
They were expensive, but for me this falls into the category of getting what you pay for, as the finished product is beautiful.
