Had a small leak which Beltran Improvement Roofing Services cam out to fix. 2 days later leak started again from same exact spot. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks now. They do not return calls. Since I can't get in touch with them, I had another roofer come out to look and he said that the previous roofers simply poured tar and cement over my barrel tile roof to try to stop the leak. Beltran told me they would be pulling and replacing the tiles. Turns out they are not even currently licensed. Their license expired in 2009. My fault for not checking that. I had originally called Rolers Roofing out of Deerfield Beach, FL who had sent these clowns to my house. I can now not get in touch with either company. AVOID BOTH.
