If I could give zero stars I would. Young kid, unprofessional and not experienced. First of, he doesn't know construction at all. He outsources to other inexperienced first timers and looks to make a buck or two. I hired Fisco to build me a deck as well as cement work. None of the work was completed. He asked for 50% upfront and more within the first several days. In the agreement he was supposed to cover labor and material. I ended up hiring outside contractor and purchasing my own material. He left all the trash and never bothered to clean it... a project that was supposed to take a week, took a month. The owner (Shkumbim Fiseku) is not to be trusted, he had the same excuse every time. He does not have money to take out the trash, to purchase material to complete the job even after receiving nearly $10,000 from me. Do yourselves a favor, spend the extra few $$ and get someone professional to do the work. He never paid anyone: the carpenters, the masonry even the garbage company. Just pocketed the money and disappeared.
Response from Ben F. June 20, 2017This person has been a horrible person to work with .... He stole my subcontractor behind my back and also didn't pay me in full creating fabricated stories that do not apply to my company. We have legit reviews with legit clients ... None of my clients have treated me and my company the way Stan has. He is a complete problem I suggest no one work for him unless you want issues and partial payments. -
By a user in Long BeachMay 28, 2017Considered for Basement Floor Tile Installation
Unprofessional and rude. Missed appointment after twice confirmed. His excuse was "traffic" on way to job location. At least it's clear which excuse he'd be using if he ever got the job. No call to cancel so a waste of time. Not licensed in my county Would not recommend at all.

One word Ahhh-may-zing my bathroom looks fantastic and they gave me a great price I was really tense because the tiles I bought were really expensive after it was completed I went a head and hired him to install some new kitchen cabinets I purchased online. Fisco construction you guys exude all expectations thank you so much.
