Stan came in to do several jobs prior to my closing on my home. Within 6 months of his workmanship, from the toilets he fixed, to the GFI recepticles he replaced and to the replacing the molding on my garage, and assorted trim he was asked to replace and pain throughout the front of the house is dried, cracked and already peeling within under 6 months of his being hired to complete the job. Awful, crappy workmanship. This owner has no clue what he is doing when he is hired to fix things. I have asked to return to fix the toliets two weeks after he completed the job and he did. However, his fix didn't even fix the issue. What a waste of my time.
