    I have actually done two renovations with Baxt Ingui, my apartment in 2006, and then my tenants apartment in 2014. They are fantastic to work with, very professional, very thorough, and very responsive. They do a lot of work in the area and know a lot about old brownstones. I am also landmarked and they were helpful in getting the right approvals. They are a bit expensive, but in my opinion worth it. I would heartily recommend them!
