Mr. Jones has zero professional integrity and is looking out for his own interests exclusively. Every element was exploited for his own financial benefit. He made each requirement more complicated thereby increasing his billable hours. Many “mistakes” were made and costly processes had to be repeated numerous times. In the end, no task was completed.
When confronted with his lack of integrity and professional ethics, he became belligerent, difficult and either combative or non-responsive. After I resorted to retaining impartial oversight of his work, he quit the job and became vindictive, employing extortive strategies.
