    Don't trust his work. He dumped a house on us that the inspector identified 10 items he needed to fix. We were dumb enough to sign the papers, and he was off the hook. We bought the house he built in 2007; shortly after that, tiles started falling off the roof. Bennett was nowhere to be found. I made contact, and he blew me off. Then, he went bankrupt, and I couldn't find him (lost his number). Now, tiles are shooting off of our roof (5-10 pounds a piece) regularly. When I searched for him again, I found he had started a new company. I called. He said, of course, he would work with me. Then he contacted his lawyer. Since he went bankrupt, he is not responsible supposedly. I'll find others that he has screwed over, and I'll let you know. Don't let him do it to you.
