Bentley Baths sent over there contractor Frank Vargas to simply mud and patch up the bubbling of my wall, and the back of my furnace door with patch and paint. When I told Frank that is not the proper way to do it he agreed, and said that is what he was told to do. He then left.
I left a voicemail for Troy from Bentley baths to call me. When Troy called back he started screaming calling me a liar saying that his contractors did not destroy anything in my home! And then he proceeded to cuss me out and call me in a -hole . And that I am the worst to work with and that they're not fixing anything at all! I'm wondering if there's a complaint process I could do through your agency to have them complete the repairs. As you know in the past I've emailed George Bentley the following email:
George, there are two things that need to be fixed!
The first one is damage done by Josh Smiley your electrician at Smiley electric. When he was installing the GFI line for the tub in my furnace room ; He did damage to the inside of my furnace door. 1) there is a 6 inch gash in the laminate of the inside of the furnace door.2) Josh splintered the top of the door and some of the top the door is looking like toothpicks. Please note: he did not even tell me about this! He left without saying a word of the damage. I just saw it when Frank took off the furnace door to do some work.
The second one is over my inside of the bathroom door there was painter over wallpaper that was sanded so much that the paper is bubbling and peeling off needs to be taken off and repainted. It looks like everything's peeling from the wall. Frank took pictures of this and needs to be repaired.
I would appreciate it very much if you could send somebody out to repair these as quickly as possible! As these were done by your staff contractors I believe these are your responsibility.
