I used Bercel Builders in May of 2020 to perform a demolition of a large living room ceiling. They were not the low cost bidder but they did an excellent job and made every effort to mitigate dust and debris throughout the project. The crew was diligent and professional. The contract portion went through John Bercel. He is very precise and follows the letter of the contract so be sure you understand what your responsibilities are. Yes, I would recommend them if your budget allows because they are ROC licensed and insured and there is clear communication throughout the duration of the project. Nothing negative to report - they've got a good crew.
