Is it possible for a home renovation to be fun?
Friends who went through this “nightmare” prepared me to expect a frustrating experience, and I was ready for pain and tears on the thorny way to my renewed abode . . .
While it is not yet completed, since the first steps on my way to realizing this dream home things were looking up. The architect Patricia Misyak-Peters, Gene Carfora, Kevin of Bergen Builders, Inc., and their subcontractors were just great from the very first visit to my house. They have all done everything that they promised under the Contract and very professionally, and have generously done much more than the Contract required follow by my immediate ideas. No unexpected costs, no hidden terms; no mistakes or broken promises… The house is becoming far more than I had hoped or imagined. It is my sweetest dream.
