Burt Ponce helped me with a problem I was having with my new home. bad remodel from previous owner who was also the restate agent. he'd came out and gave a quote to make the repairs, I had told him I filed a law suite with the previous owner and when case was settled he could begin work. time drags on ran out of money paying my attorney, I ask Bert if he could come and make a small repair on my ceiling and the $500.00 DEPOSIT I gave him and if he could do this for me I would call us even. It was a $300.00 job. First he said he was busy, but he could do it. 2 weeks go by, not a word from I contacted him again. and he'd replied he would be there today and it would be complete. well he never showed up no calls, I've send him messages have called left messages. he does not responded at all. II given him a warning I was going to file a complain he if want to resolve it, but no word. By law he cannot cash that check until work has started. oh when he cashed the check he was selling his house . no forwarded address, nothing to contact him.. He seemed to be a nice person, but for a small amount of money to make a big stink about it, Maybe not to be trusted.
