extremely slow. 2 years! Victor Convinced me to to take out over $100k loan out then convinced me to sign a notice of completion because “we have worked without pay for so long”. (I always had issues with them taking so long). They got thier money and went even slower. Finally got the Solar in and a pergola which leaked after several times guaranteeing Me it was fixed. Set me up with another company who promised work and then couldn’t actually do it all (again after the loan which was based on that work! So that guy spent the $80k and never finished the work and owes me thousands! And just can’t pay me! I have to get a lawyer to solve this! These guys are very nice guys but are in way over thier heads! I had to be the general contractor and could rarely get them out here. They can up with fantastic ideas and promised a lot. They just don’t know as much as they promise. I was constantly telling them how to do thier work (other than the Solar part) how to stain, how to replace the bricks that they demoed and threw away. How to intall rain gutters. Etc etc. I’m tired and am stilled owed thousands of dollars they spent from the loan they set up for me. Over 2 years
And counting. I will owe interest on the loan that they will
Never reimburse me for even if they pay back the actual dollar amount. I promised them Inwould finally be writing reviews if I don’t get paid. I don’t like being in this position but i don’t know what else to do.
