My husband passed away and I'm older and cant take care of the pool so I have them do it now. It cost me about 3500.00 a year. I have had them for 3 years now. They open, close and maintain it for me. I had to call because my pool is an above ground with a brand new liner. the pool is right up against my deck and in the winter months they put large cinder blocks on the deck to hold down the pool cover. I looked out to see the cover on my deck had been blown and the wind was so strong that the cinder blocks fell in my pool. I called for help because I am afraid the blocks will damage my new liner. I was told by Jim "well get in and get them out, because there is nothing we can do" he went on to say the guys were working 14 hour days and there was nothing they can do to help me. I told him I wasn't asking to have the pool open I just need help getting the cover off so I could get the blocks out. I told him I had no one to help me but he didn't really seem to care and said well then you better hope the liner isn't ripped. He was so rude and uncaring that he made me cry. Its so sad because everyone else that works there is so nice except for him. I am now looking for a new pool service company
