Absolutely terrible company. Do not use! They do not stand behind their work.
Beus did lawn care for my HOA.
1) They removed a 1 year old smart timer with an app that was in perfect working order.
2) they did not mow my lawn for 5 weeks. Why?? The supervisors and workers bypassed my yard.
3) I called Beus to not weed my gardens. I told 5 workers to not weed my gardens. During their Spring cleanup on August 10, one side of my all the perennials were removed. The workers continued into 3 more gardens after being told not to weed my gardens. They removed $2,300 worth of perennials from my property.
The company has not resolved this and it is close to 4 months later. Their attitude is to do what they want to your property and not resolve the property damage they created.
Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible customer service and Jack of responsibility on their part.
