poor customer service and quality control,
shoddy workmanship from subscontractors,
not open to changes,
threatened to quit in middle of work,
had to hire separate installers for re-plumbing countertops and replacing basebordsPaint- just sprayed over everything had
no wall preparation/repair
popcorn ceiling material removed was stuck to wall and painted over
overspray on white trim/registers throughout

They never did my project. Took weeks to get a hold of them - received bid and scheduled for early March. Finally heard from them and was told the door needed for the project had to be finalized even though I had en email saying the door I picked would work. Again, days went by with no follow up and finally received an email saying they couldn't do my project due to an injury. I am sympathetic to that but, no future date was provided. I think they just decided not to do it. 3 months wasted. TERRIBLE customer service and communication.
