Beware . I had a roof I stalled and they damaged my stucco and said they would fix it but never did . They authorize me to have it fix and they would refund me for repair. Now they are refusing to refund me . They are wolfs in sheep clothing. BEWARE!

Here’s a factual account of my experience with Bidio Solutions from July-September 2021:
1. I scheduled my roof replacement with Bidio, and the day they were scheduled to be at my home, they didn’t show and no one called me.
2. The crew removed half the existing roof without new materials onsite. The material supply company delivered the incorrect materials twice in one day, and it almost rained while my home was missing half of the roof.
3. I had a total of FIVE leaks in my home which required repairs to the interior drywall.
4. Bidio sent different subcontractors to my home to repair the original work; it took a total of nine visits before addressing all workmanship issues.
5. The roof was inspected by the city a total of four times.
6. Stefan Mirabal, the owner, was largely unavailable and stopped responding after the third leak. The project manager was helpful, however, she left the company during the middle of my project after only working at Bidio for two months.
7. One of the installers urinated ON my home.
8. The foreman called me at 1:00 a.m. drunk.
9. It took a total of two-and-a-half months to rectify all issues with the new roof.
10. Every worker and subcontractor that worked on my home voluntarily told me that most of the company’s customers are also having workmanship issues.
11. My new roof has over 40 patches. (I stopped counting at 40.) -

Beware of this company. We had worked with them once before with no issue, but on a second time they were incredibly unprofessional and have been harassing us repeatedly because an accounting issue on their end.
The good thing about this company is hypothetically they work directly with the insurance company to take care of all of the issues on that end. In this case they did, but apparently didn't properly negotiate the amount with the insurance. We had a $1500 deductible, they gave us a $1000 bonus, signed over every check from the insurance company to them directly, and years later they are continuing to harass us saying we owe them almost $3000.
When this first came up, I called one of their reps, and he told me they had had some issues with their books and it would be sorted out immediately. Then a few months later, they send us another invoice for $3000 or send an aggressive message threatening legal action and have been harassing us periodically for the last 2 years rather than just calling the insurance company. Further, after looking at the paperwork more closely, it looks like they not only claimed the wrong kind of roofing with the insurance company, but also had other discrepancies that account for the $3000 difference.
Long story short, they seemed okay at first, and the work was decent (they messed up some fixes of the joists because of a miscommunication), but are VERY poorly managed and try to pass their failures on to customers. Again BEWARE. Go with another, more reputable company.

This company is dishonest and gets family to give them good reviews! They did the worst job on our roof and tried cheating our insurance company! Have heard they are involved in ongoing lawsuits. Steer clear of this one

Bidio's bad, devious. We needed our roof fixed quickly and inexpensively. Bidio bid lowest but messed up the job, had to redo part, took longer, damaged structures on the roof and acknowledged damages but refused to pay or adjust bill down. They added more than $1,000 in additional unexplained charges after final invoice had already been sent to insurance but refuse to discuss or send new invoice. The way Bidio handled each of the situations seemed dishonest and well rehearsed.

Not only no, but heck no. They did decent job re roofing, but did not perform all actions in the contract. Over billed insurance company for work that they did not perform, nor did they do all contract items. Would not consider this company for re roofing work.

Had our roof done August 2019. No problem until August 2021 when we noticed water mark and cracked dry wall on kitchen ceiling above range hood. Called and was told they would come next day or they would call us. No show and no call. This happened several times. Got run around from them for over 2 weeks until 2 poor old guys came by and spent less than 2 minutes on roof and said it was fixed and we were good to go. Called to have complete roof inspected in case other areas needed resealing and that our interior dry wall needed to be fixed - nothing over a week. Gave bad review and one of the family called to rudely tell me that his 2 guys had inspected the whole roof when they were here (in 2 minutes?) and he was putting in a work order to his subcontractor that very day and acted like I was the rude one to dare want them to back their own warranty! Still waiting for that subcontractor or someone to show up to do something! Have now called a regular home inspector to come out and inspect the roof since they don't back their work apparently!
