Poor craftsmanship and unprofessional. I HATE writing bad reviews, but honestly this was all too much for what I thought was going to be such a simple job (adding shelves to a pantry and changing the door). Karla cancelled on us for the first scheduled appointment the night before, was hard to reach when trying to contact for questions and rescheduling, gave the wrong instructions to the contractor who came into our home to install the shelves (he had to re-do the job half way when I showed up and questioned the install), made a make-shift door-stop that is just a piece of plastic screwed into our wall, refused to correct when asked to, blamed the tracks that came with the door after they broke a few months after install, refused to answer my questions on what her warranty policy is (which I thought was reasonable after just having the doors installed). She did apologize for all of the issues as they came along, but wanted to charge more than what was quoted without even bringing it up until the completion of the job. With all the issues we had, she didn't even bother to come and check any of the work out.
