We hired someone who claimed they could do our lawn installation. The next day he had completely torn out my drip system and brand new sprinklers that were installed the week before. In addition, my cement was cracked and the cables from our box for our neighbor's internet was cut among other things. It's taken a month to get my sprinklers put back in and the man can't even seem to replicate what was there. I had to threaten small claims court. The business card my neighbors and I have contains two people's names and numbers. The one person is the license owner, he claims it's a false card and doesn't know the other person and that he'd been retired for a few years. The other guy on the card claims he does know him. What an utter mess. In the end, whether I have to take this guy (or both) to court, I am still going to have to redo the work this man has done because it's awful. Not sure where my new drip system parts went but my husband caught him trying to lay some hose he punctured with a nail as a replacement. Wow.
