Christopher J French
Owner
I highly recommend Chris French, Owner of Big Ridge Construction. He was 1 of 4 Contractors that came out and gave me a bid for gutting, moving walls, kitchen and bathroom tile work in a fixer upper. There was 1 bid lower, however, I chose Chris French to do the work, because he arrived on time, was professional and informed me that the wall I wanted to be removed for expanding the small living room, was a load bearing wall. He was the only contractor that saw that up front. Thankfully, I did not hire any of the other Contractors that didn't know a load bearing wall by looking at it. Chris French went into the attic and verified that the wall could not be removed. He placed a beautiful beam and columns in the place of the wall. He was neat, respectful and a very hard worker. He arrived early and left late, to ensure the job was completed on time. I have received many compliments on his work. Will hire him again when we build a detached garage.
